The Rise of Occultism in Superhero Movies
The title of this article may seem a bit bleak, even a little scary, but truth really is stranger than fiction. Almost every movie produced and released today is steeped in occultic references, signs and sigils and whether you understand this stuff or not the modern day Medes of Media are literally casting spells on the hearts and minds of their followers.
If we think back to the days of Ancient Medo-Persia, the world was dominated by two countries, The Medes and The Persians.
The Medes, from Media (that spelling is no coincidence) were sorcerers and political manipulators.
The Persians employed an enormous army to physically support their mindflaying partner in geographical megalomania and they were ruled by a king who believed he was god incarnate.
This was the classic brains and brawn matchup in action. If you like your movies and want a testosterone-fuelled dramatic representation of their might I highly recommend the movie '300' starring Gerard Butler.
Now that some groundwork has been laid, the evidence speaks for itself. Let us go on a little journey together, you and I. The age old battle of good vs evil is THE primary basis for all superhero movies but the line is now being blurred and we are seeing the rise of the anti-hero.
Being purely good isn't enough anymore and that is the message being promoted. Superman, Deadpool, Black Adam, Magneto, Venom, Batman and Thanos, to name only a few, all make logically sound arguments for their morally questionable actions and it is centered around the premise that being good in the absolute sense does not get the job done. In order to save the day long term you have to cross the line and forsake your moral principles.
If Batman wants to stop the joker and keep the people safe he has to secretly spy on those same people via their mobile phones. Lucis Fox, Bruce Wayne's friend and the man behind the scenes is the one who facilitates the technology that makes this possible.
"Lucis" is a derivative of the Latin word "Lucifer", which is a title used in The Bible for The Devil. "Fox" in English Gematria, which is the occultic study of numbers and their significance, is 666. Whoever scripted this movie understood what they were doing and found it appropriate to name this character "Lucifer 666". This is far more than light entertainment and it is certainly not for children, despite its cool, clean-cut, harmless facade.
The young folk who watch these movies absorb the message that it's ok to be temporarily wicked if a greater good is achieved and in real life, this leads to genocide.
With repetition, emotionally impactful visuals and musical emphasis this dangerous philosophy is buried deep. Movies are more than entertainment. Hollywood is an efficient propaganda machine and The Media cast literal spells, which I will come to next.
There is a supernatural element to all of this. You can believe that if you jump into the air you will not come back down, but you most assuredly will. That is a fact whether you accept it or not. In the same way, sigils, which are spiritually-infused magick symbols (correct spelling), have an effect on you and your subconscious whether you believe it or not and whether you are consciously aware of it or not. You must give permission for this to happen and that is where the whole "let me in" aspect of vampire movies is derived. This is described as the volition of free will and you voluntarily grant access to your mind, body and spirit as soon as you enter the movie theatre. That is how it works and script writers, directors and the vast majority of actors know it. They should not be idolised.
Let's take the pentagram as an example of a sigil. This symbol is used in the occult to summon demons. Witches and Satanists claim it is for protection, but this is double-speak for the ears of the profane and non-initiates. The Pentagram is one of the most evil sigils one can use and I have not seen it placed in public view or in mainstream movies until recently, especially not in movies that will be viewed by children. It is the main sigil used in Black Adam to summon a horned demon from Hell. You couldn't make this up if you tried.
Even the anti-hero, played by Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson, shares the name of the first man ever created by God, "Adam". Watch it for yourself. I enjoyed the movie by the way, but I had to consciously reject the occultic undertones and symbolism. In all honesty this stuff should not be there and it was a bit off-putting.
Let's face it, when it comes to film classification you and I both know parents will allow their children to watch superhero movies regardless. The Marvel and DC stamps of approval are good enough for most parents and these franchises constitute real trojan horses with clever people at the helm.
In the same way you feed your body wholesome food you need to watch what you feed your head. The bottom line is young impressionable folk can't do that for themselves yet and these toxic philosophies are being instilled at an increasingly young age via music, television and blockbuster movies, particularly the superhero genre.
Let's consider another example. Superman, Man of Steel. When Superman kills General Zod he cries out in anguish. The scene epitomises the kill or be killed dichotomy and embodies the idea of irreparable loss of innocence. We as viewers are forced to reason in his favour, "...it was the only way; he had to be bad to be good."
In the very same movie where Superman leaves General Zod's spacecraft he stretches out his arms in a crucifix position with The Earth viewed from space as a backdrop. He is empowered by the sun (another popular sigil) and he descends to Earth as our saviour. This is about as anti-christ as you get. As for the "S"....do you still think it stands for "Superman"? Perhaps "Satan" may be the appropriate conclusion.
This movie makes the claim that the "S" stands for hope in accordance with the comic 'Superman, Birthright', written by Mark Waid in 2003. For decades everyone believed it was "S" for "Superman" so this is an afterthought. It is a new spin and was never the case from inception.
Let's look at one more shall we? This one is a bit more drastic in scope. In Avengers Infinity War, Thanos reasons that in order for life in the universe to thrive, HALF, yes HALF, of the life in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE must be wiped out and he actually goes ahead and does it! Apologies if you haven't seen it yet... spoiler alert! This goes hand in hand with the real life theory that the world is over populated.
Movies are being used to bolster real life agendas and that is extremely dangerous. The world is not over populated and the biggest problem we will face soon enough is actually too few people being born, especially in The West.
Infinity War is a great movie by the way, epic in scale, cast and visual effects. But sticking with the occult theme, how does Thanos achieve his diabolical cull? Primordial gems of course, which are effectively enchanted talismans used in all occult rituals. Jewellery such as rings, necklaces, brooches, even enchanted gauntlets are all examples of talismans.
I hope you found this interesting and now you can keep a lookout for such occultic themes, signs, symbols and sigils in the movies yourself. Trust me, they're always there.
